Delivery - terms and conditions

Within the European Union (excluding Germany): delivery is available only to companies, organizations, and sole proprietors holding a valid VAT identification number (VAT ID) issued in their country. Shipments are made via GLS.
To all other countries: goods are available for collection by your nominated carrier (UPS, FedEx, or DHL Express). Please provide your carrier account number or ready-to-use shipping labels. All import customs clearance, duties, taxes, and any other import formalities in your country are your responsibility and at your expense.
